I'll get right into it. I've been growing my own business over the last 2 years, and have really honed in on the skills that I'm best at, provide the highest value for my clients and I enjoy most. This page should hopefully give you a clear idea of what I can do and how I can help your business.
If you are looking for someone to do more daily admin (eg: answering phones, inbox management, client follow ups, ect) you can probably find someone at a lower price point for that! I specialize in short-term projects including, but not limited to:
- Web design (you can view my previous work here)
- E-commerce setup and management
- Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Data or content organization
- Business consultation
- Creating and improving efficient systems and/or workflows
- Data entry (but like, really really fast)
- Graphic design (I'm a wiz with Canva)
- Spreadsheets and reporting, anything to do with them
- and much more! Just ask!
Sidenote: If you need help with integrating ads or analytics (aka Google or Meta), there are people that specialize specifically in those things and will likely be better suited to help you as they are a beast of their own!
Here is an idea of the kinds of clients I have excelled with:
- Anyone that uses a lot of tech or software for online deliverables. For example, sellers of online courses, e-commerce stores, content creators, online wellness professionals ect.
- Small businesses that need to hire someone temporarily to come in and do "a bit of everything" to push them through a busy time, catch them up on overdue projects, or provide an overall business glow-up!
- New entrepreneurs looking for help, advice and training in setting up their online business presense, website, or e-commerce store. Beyond e-commerce platforms, I know Jane App like the back of my hand and am very quick to pick up using any new platforms. To my brain, they are all the same - just with different buttons ;)
- Companies that have a bit of an organizational mess on their hands and need someone to unravel it and turn the chaos into process. Think reconciling accounts and creating workflows with teams to ensure accuracy in billing and reporting, creating systems to organize files that have been saved into the void for years, or an untouched inbox with 10,000+ unread emails that needs some love.
A few final thoughts...
I've started a number of different businesses over the last 15 years (the first - Hanna Banana Bread, I was pretty proud of that one) and I believe small businesses can save the world, literally. I won't get into the logistics of that one, but my mission for this business is to take all of the mistakes, knowledge and experience I've gained, and become a catalyst and enabler of others believing in themselves as entrepreneurs. Starting my own business was hard, but not as hard as waking up and going to work numb everyday when I was in the corporate world. Taking a chance on myself made me feel like I was truly living again, and I aspire to inspire that in as many people as I can.
